“We hired Designers & Builders Development after receiving proposals from about five different companies to do a complete kitchen remodel, as well as a remodel of the adjoining family room and dining room, installing hardwood flooring in the majority of the main living floor, and doing some additional build-out to our finished basement.
What we liked was that, right off the bat, Dennis had some creative solutions for things we weren’t sure we’d be able to do. After getting his proposal, the budget was fair, and he had covered everything we’d talked about. Dennis and Dustin were frequently on-site at the beginning of each work day to make sure the people working that day knew what the plan was, and when issues did come up (as they invariably do on a project of this scope), they made sure they were taken care of. Their tradespeople are very skilled and experienced, and do really nice work. We’re very pleased with how everything turned out!

On another note, something that was personally important to me is that they’re very available and reachable...things would come up during a given part of the project and I’d need to get in touch with them quickly (and often a number of times the same day), and this was never a problem. This was definitely a positive experience and I would both recommend Designers & Builders Development and hire them again.”
